Ausbildung visa documents

1. Passport: Issued within the last 10 years; At least 2 empty pages; No remarks on the data page
2. 1 biometric photo: Not older than 6 months
3. Application form + declaration: Both signed
4. A4 copy of your passport data page: Fully readable
5. Pre-approval of the Federal Employment Agency (If it applies): Your company applies in Germany; Can shorten processing a lot
6. Training contract (Ausbildungsvertrag): Signed by you and the company
7. Training plan (Ausbildungsplan): From your company
8. All your certificates: Highest first, plus school leaving certificate; Bangla → English or German translation
9. Proof of German: B1 minimum, B2 highly expected; Recognised certificate, e.g. Goethe-Institut
10. Motivation letter: Your expectations, German skills, career and future plans
11. CV: Complete and up to date
12. No-objection letter from the company (If it applies): Only if the contract start date has already passed
13. Health insurance: From your employer, valid from the start date; Travel health insurance for the days before
14. Visa fee: €75, paid in taka; Not refunded if the visa is refused

Rules for the appointment day

• More than 15 minutes late = new appointment
• Only complete applications are accepted
• Bangla documents: English or German translation — only one, German preferred
• All copies must be fully readable
• Missing papers later: by email, post or at the gate with your 5-digit file number
• You cannot apply for a Schengen and a national visa at the same time
